Tiny bar on the edge of the Grand Canal, at the foot of the Rialto Bridge. Modern lighting, stylish clientele, VERY cheap for the location
Favorite Dish: They serve Sushi amongst other things at the bar and there is a larger restaurant, too.

Super tourist menu and lovely service. Walked past several times and it was obviously a `locals` restaurant as well. The waiters were very attentive and there were several same-sex groups.
Favorite Dish: Vegetable soup was excellent - very filling!

Restaurant Name: Al Campanile da Massimo
Great fixed price tourist menu, serving the usual courses - but we went for the a la carte which was fantastic though not as good value.
Favorite Dish: The Venetian Liver was out of this world. The tiramiusu was very alcoholic and tasty.
