By way of aperitif we have to taste the Feuillardier: an aperitif rather soft to bases of châtaignes---oooOOOooo--- Tout était parfait: La pomme au foie gras, le filet mignon, le fromage et le dessert.
Vraiment digne des plus grand chef.
