  • Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Pack clothes under the same color scheme.
'Tis easier for you to mix and match. I don't know about you but I honestly prefer dressing in black or greys when I'm traveling... (for very obvious reasons).

Also, remember to pack along crease-resistant clothes like - wool or polyester; blends don't wrinkle as much as pure wool or 100% cotton (I never, never, never pack along clothes made of 100% cotton or worse still, clothes using linen material). It's nightmare when it comes to ironing!

And really, I hate having nightmares. I'm sure you do too. :-)

    .

Miscellaneous: 'Above all, remember that the MOST important thing you can take anywhere is not a Gucci bag or French-cut jeans; it's an OPEN-MIND.' - Gail Rubin Bereny (American Author); b.1942

  • Miscellaneous: Melatonin. Yes, Melatonin is the answer to all jet lag problems. It is a hormone produced by the pineal gland in the brain. It helps to control the body’s sleep/wake cycle. By resetting the body’s internal clock, melatonin can treat the underlying cause of all jet lag problems, which is the disruption of the natural sleep/wake cycle.

A good time to call your family doctor is now.
