Ok, so here is the deal with my trip to Aruba. My husband and I are travel-addicts so when we started looking for a place for our honeymoon we did MUCH research on where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. We decided on Aruba for a week and Mexico for the other. I spent an entire day reading reviews for the different hotels and settled on the Divi All Inclusive. I went to my travel agent and she told us that she had never been there but hadn't heard anything bad about it so we booked it.
I guess we just were expecting too much because from the moment that our plane entered the Aruban airspace until it left 6 days later our vacation was very bland. I know many people that have been to Aruba and most of them love the place and go back every year. My husband and I are not one of those people. This place did nothing for us even when we got out of the resort and went into town.
