    • Stamatis tavern and Mpelalis restaurant are two nice restaurants at Mpatsi. “Balconi of The Agean” has great view at Aprovato but we liked the food too.

    Favorite Dish: I found good food in many places. I tried some local cheeses. A nice local plate is the cock with large pasta. I also liked meat balls with potatoes or vegetables. Delicious! Of course I ate the famous local plate “froutalia” that is an omelete with sausages.

     Wonderful page. Thanks for helping make up my mind - I'll start out with Andros and a day trip to Tinos :-) Andros looks like a beautiful island (I could skip Batsi!!) and I like its name as well :-)
