Prague in winter is beautiful. It's too cold but the snow make the old houses, monuments and churches look great! The dozens of tourist wait for the summer period so you walk around with the locals, the service is better everywhere and you don't have to make reservation anywhere (restaurants, theatres etc).

I really loved the city by night... all the buildings were lit up by nice lights...

I stayed there for 7 days and after the third day the snow covered everything! The popular Charles Bridge was almost empty(in summer there's no visibility because of the tourists!). But the roads were cleared of snow so the cars/trams/buses could go on their way easily.... I guess the parks must be pretty during Spring but...
