| | Sabiote forms, together with Baeza and Úbeda, the triangle of Renaissance in Andalusia. It was declared National Historic-Artistic Ensamble in 1972.
The village as a whole is very well preserved: the houses in Albaicin (the old quarter) are carefully kept; the streets are covered with paving stone. There are many houses with coats of arms. |
| | The Castle is magnificent and the wall surrounds a great part of the village. From the walls there are fantastic views of the region. |
