Kota Kinabalu - city by the sea For most visits to Sabah, you need to stop at the capital which is Kota Kinabalu. To me, this is a great place to live. It's the gateway to the highest mountain in South East Asia (Mount Kota Kinabalu), a stone's throw away to beautiful beaches and fabulous snorkelling (Tuanku Abdul Rahman Marine Park) and a plane ride away to the top diving destination in the world (Sipadan Island). The sunsets here are beautiful and this was taken in front of Sutera Harbour Resort looking out to the islands that make up Tuanku Abdul Rahman Park. |
