When I told family and friends that I’m off to Manado for diving, I had gotten this puzzled look and the infamous question “Where … ah?” Followed closely by “How come you always go to places that’s never heard before???” Well, that’s where we divers find great dive sites which are not overrun by typical holiday makers and it’s where diver rules! Ha! Ha! Ha! Manado is located in North Sulawesi which 1 of my friends called the tip of an octopus tentacle. It’s also the land of volcanoes, black sand and cold water! |
