"Capetown - South Africa" Cape Town by chizz

Visited Capetown and the Garden Route in March '06 after a work colleague highly recommended it to me.
Flew with British Airways and stayed at Ashanti Lodge in Capetown which is a great backpacker style hostel. Visited the V&A Waterfront, Robben Island, Table Mountain, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Boulders Beach to see the penguins, District 6 Museum, Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve with its numerous baboons, Stellenbosch wine region and did a township tour with Grassroots to Langa and Khayelitsha, Constantia and Simon's Town.
Then we hired a car to continue along the Garden Route for the next 5 or 6 days, before flying back to the UK.
Would like to return to S. Africa one day to visit Johannesburg, Sun City and Kruger Park to see the big 5.
