Our Own Holiday Cloudcroft is our favorite place away from home. My wife and I go there every year to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Last year we celebrated out silver. I can't think of a place more romantic. We always stay at the Lodge and prefer one of their parlor rooms. Our evening starts with a celebratory bottle of champaigne and then a liesurely walk to Rebecca's Dining Room. The food is exquisite as is the service. After dinner we enjoy a romantic walk on the grounds and then a quiet evening to ourselves in our cozy victorian appointed parlor suite. The village of Cloudcroft has an abundance of charm with all sorts of shops and the weather is always perfect in every season. Our annual trip to Cloudcroft is always anticipated as we look forward to celebrating our love. This has become our very own holiday. There is no greater joy than two hearts that have truly become one. |
