I visited Havana back in 99...just on impulse after watching a programme on the burgeoning music scene. No hotel booked, just jumped on a plane, and spent 10 glorious days hanging out in the old quarter... |
|  | Just east of Havana is a great beach...and with virtually nobody on it! So a much better option than say the touristy Varadero! |
