On top of the world...

Mount Bromo is a great experience! O got up about 4.30 am and walked up the final lip of the crater, and then decended through clouds into the crater, following markers across the sand. Its like a lunar landscape! Some people trotted across on donkeys, but I enjoyed the walk. You then climb the inner crater and stare down on the rumbling lava below, as the sun climbs in the sky! Wonderful!
