Bagan

Up to you do not reach Bagan you can not imagine how impressive it is

All started with a religious fervor on 1057 and only lasted 200 years, because after these dates the temples were abandoned for centuries.

Anawratha king decided to pass from the Hindu and Mahayana Buddhism to the Theravada Buddhism, that actually is professed in Myanmar

The king with a misioner advice , asked help to the Tathon Mon King( North Thailand) , that he dennied and this forced him to attack and conquer Tathon

The booty consistted of the own king, 32 sets of Tripitaka (Buddhist tests),Relics, monks, arquitects and 30.000 war prisoners that colaborated in the temples construction

From this moment Bagan flourished , as Marco Polo comfirmed, though 200 years latter declined without knowing exactly why, though somebody
think that it was affected by the Mongol Invasion

I will try to idetify some temples, though is not an easy task
