Nestled in the city of Daliang, in Guangdong Province, just a short walk from the downtown area (near McDonald's) is Xi Shan Temple. It has a very old feeling to it, in contrast to the sprawling Bao Lin Temple complex on the other side of the city. Just a few Yuan for admission and there is a small museum which will house various exhibits, from antique guns to Chinese dinosaur fossils.

All around Xi Shan Temple there are stone lion guardians, some of them life-size, some hidden in the trees and bushes.
