Barcelona - A City That Never Sleeps

by monaco05 - last update: Nov 15, 2005

So much to see, so little time...

The Streets of Barcelona
While planning the trip to Bern for my friend's wedding, a girlfriend and I decided that we should visit another city in Europe. I remember the movie "Spanish Apartment" that I watched a few years ago, and remembered how amazing Barcelona looked. And I love all the Gaudi buidlings... so Barcelona it was.

And I'm so glad we decided on Barcelona! We were there a total of 6 days, and still it wasn't enough time to see all the sights! Ok, so we did take some time to go shopping... what can I say - I'm a major shopaholic ;)

But still, there are so many places to see, things to do, food to eat... that I promised myself I would make another trip back here sometime in the future...

I did not find many 'good' places to eat in BCN, so next time I go I will use your tips. We have one of those tapas places here in Marbella, the sticks are called 'Pinchos' (or cocktail sticks). Nice page Monica :o)
