Having had a lot of culture in Guatemala, I went to the Bay Islands of Honduras to relax and do my diving-certifiaction.
As a side-trip from Guatemala, I had visited the ruins of Copan already.
Honduras is a big country with lots of other things to do, of course. But I can only judge what I have seen myself.

With a bunch of people we set off from Livingstion, Guatemala, went by boat to Puerto Barrios (Guatemala) and then to the border. Border crossing by pickup (I am the one with the sun glasses on).

Nice tips. Personally I didn't like Utila much when I was there. Didn't dive, just snorkelled, but the reef wasn't that impressive at least where I went. And the sandflies ate me alive!

Seems like an interesting place to dive but what about anything else one can do here?!!!
