After I fell in love with Latin Amerikca in Ecuador, I went on a 2 month trip to Guatemala - for indigeneous culture, Honduras - to learn how to dive and to Costa Rica - for the nature in summer 2000.
Honestly I regret not having stayed in Guatemala longer than 2 and a half weeks and not having visited more remote areas. I could have spent days sitting on church steps watching people doing their buisiness. It sometimes felt like time had stopped moving.... |
