Rome has many opportunities for exploring & it is a city with many faces. However, every experience, no matter how each one may vary can be exhilerating. You can get religious and see the Pope, delve into the city's rich history and see first hand the places where western culture was shaped, you can enjoy it's romance, it's wonderful food and wines and enjoy the local culture. Here, as in much of Italy, it seems that people live life to it's fullest, with passion. A visitor may describe this mood as chaotic. My advice is to throw yourself into it and become a part of it. Let your senses be hightened and enjoy every moment of that wild cab ride! Savor every meal, each glass of wine, every walk, and all the sights you have come to see.
- Pros:Food, History, Atmosphere
- Cons:Watch the traffic!

Thanks for your great tips! I hope to visit Rome someday. I didn't know about the Capuchin Crypt.
Hey Jen....next time you visit Italy you should come to Turin in the NW and check out our Motown ;)

Damn...I missed out on seeing the crypt while I was in Rome. We seen the catacombs in Vienna though. They were cool.
