Family matters took me also to Alcobertas and Moçarria, but dancing was what pulled me deeper inside "Ribatejo"

Santarém

Folk Dance in Santarém annual fair was a must. A good starting point to discover the unknown world (we were under a dictatorship) and the real Portugal. Now the fair despised the folk festival, and I "forgot" the fair.

São Vicente do Paul

Ballroom dancing is now leading me to kenow and review several locations in Santarém district. That's how I went back to Entroncamento and Torres Novas, but that was also the pretext to "discover" Moçarria, Benavente, São Vicente do Paúl, Pego, and Vale da Pedra in Cartaxo, a place that Virtualtourist doesn't know.

Next time it will be Amiais de Baixo, where I've never been.
