Aling Foping's: Refreshingly Sweet

This Halo-halo stand is in a relaxing area in the garden of Matina Town Square.

Favorite Dish: They have the most addictive Halo-halo (shaved ice with milk, sugar and different sweetened fruits, beans, etc.)! The best thing is, you get to choose the ingredients that go in to your Halo-halo. Be sure to include the ube jam in your list. It really melts in your mouth. Of course, your Halo-halo will not be the same without the ube ice cream on top. Careful though, once you've tasted it... you can't help but go back for more!
