What can I say about this place??? It's nothing from I've read on its website!!! I guess you can't really trust what they wrote...huh.
Many gave 4-5 thumbs up to this resort...(that's one of the reason why I chose this place). Upon arriving at the lobby...i started wondering whatever that make it deserves that good thumbs up!!!
According to its website, they'll give coconut drink upon checking in...but all I got was orange juice (bottled). When I got into the room...I was shocked...the room was so small that I've to move around carefully to avoid bumping into all the bulky wooden furniture. For a room that cost RM300++ a night...that was really not worth it.
The room interior was fine...toilet was very clean...bed also comfortable n no smelling of old linen...but there were no towels!!! I called the housekeeping n only got my towels after waiting for nearly 3 hours. So much for that 10% service tax!!!
The pool was ok but...that unless you don't mind dipping in with children n their family members. It's one pool for everyone....what more can I say...
The rest was fine...the place was quiet most of the time n it has a long stretch of beach...the water was quite rough all the time so swimming can be a bit challenging....
Unique Qualities: Of all the not so good stuff about Impiana...the only thing I like about it is the location. It's near to all the stalls selling keropok lekor n satar (east-coast delicacies).
