Hotel Patra Jasa Bandung: A quite good place to stay at Jl Dago Patra Bandung Hotel Review

Services here are ok, facilities...if you're expecting a swimming pool...they don't have it here. Other amenities are ok. Room service is only till 10.00 pm. Breakfast was quite nice...not much choice, but acceptable. Though it's an old place, the cafe is kept very clean...no smell of old carpets or old furniture.

It's just a two storey hotel...quite old hotel. However, everything here is well taken care of. I think it would be mostly suitable for those who're not planning to spend their time in the hotel.

Hotel Patra Jasa Bandung: An acceptable place to stay in Jl. Dago Patra Bandung Hotel Review

To me this place is considered as an acceptable place to stay. My stay was ok. However, I don't really like the old furniture used here. I guess it's an old hotel, so most of the furniture are quite old as well. Overall, the place is clean, toilet was clean too. Bed linen, towels and pillows were also clean.

Since I have a thing for old carpets so I chose the room without carpets...it cost me Rp400,000.00 per night inclusive of breakfast for two persons. For a good location, nearby the factory outlets...I supposed this is acceptable. Since the room I stayed in considered as a 'common' room so my room was far behind the hotel. The rooms very near to the lobby and the main road (not so sure what they call it) cost Rp500,000.00 and they're fully carpeted too.

However, I would say it's a bit difficult to find food here and the room service is only up till 10pm only. There's a convenient store across the street known as Circle K, one or two cafes and restaurants which I don't really see any customers there.

Unique Qualities: It's located at Jl. Dago...near to the factory outlets. It's possible to walk, but I believe it can be quite tiring. Instead of walking and taking cabs, I took the angkut which cost much cheaper. A trip on the angkut only cost about RM1 (30 cent). If you prefer cabs, no need to worry...it's easy to get cabs by the street. It's also near to Jl. Riau, but I think it's better to take a cab or angkut.

Hotel New Sany Rosa: A good place to stay

For a 1-2 star hotel...this is a good one. Room is clean. Bed linen, carpet and pillows were clean (or at least in the room i stayed in). Toilet was clean as well and there's no smell of old furniture.

Hotel New Sany Rosa: A simple place with a simple garden

Tired of shopping/sightseeing...the hotel's simple garden is waiting for you right on your door step (if your room is located at the 1st floor).

Hotel New Sany Rosa: Pleasant simple hotel

I stayed here for a few nights. The hotel is nice and clean...hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Located at Jl. Hegarmanah...very near to Bandung's famous factory outlet 'Rumah Mode'...less than 5 min walk from the hotel. Sany Rosa is located by the main street, very easy to get cabs n angkuts. There're also McDonalds, Pizza Hut and Sederhana Restaurant just across the hotel.

For those going to Bandung mainly to shop or just planning to go sightseeing...i would say this is a good place to stay. The price is quite reasonable...on the weekdays deluxe twin/double bed only cost about RM125 (around 36 USD) per night...prices back to normal rate on the weekends, but still very reasonable. Food here is acceptable...my stay was during the fasting month...so only had the chance of taking fried rice served with omelet, chips, fruits and tea for my late supper...it was nice.

If you're going to the factory outlets in Jl Dago and Jl Riau...taxi ride will take about 10-15 min depending on traffic. Too lazy to wait for taxi by the road side...just get the hotel staff to help you.

In conclusion, i would definitely recommend this place. You get comfort at a very reasonable rates.

Nalendra Hotel Bandung: Good place for someone always not in the room

The room I stayed in was really comfortable. It's clean. Toilet was a bit small though...but not a major problem. No iron provided...n no ironing allowed in the room...so just send your clothes for pressing...better bring clothes that don't need ironing.

Nalendra Hotel Bandung: Good place for a last minute deal

My 4 nights stay here was pleasant since it was actually a last minute deal...arranged by the agent at the airport...I was really glad to have a place to stay rather than jumping from one hotel to another. Service was fast. The hotel is well kept...it's new I think...so no smell of old wooden furniture...which was great for me. Room service is 24 hours...n the food was nice. Facilities were just fine...nothing to complaint...considering I left the hotel very early in the morning n came back late evening. The only thing is...breakfast selection was very limited. This place don't have continental breakfast...everyday it's local breakfast menu.

Unique Qualities: Well, it's located at Jalan Cihampelas...also known as Jeans Street...n just on the left is Jalan Setiabudi where the ever so famous factory outlet in Bandung is located...Rumah Mode...so shopping is just outside the hotel...within walking distance. Going to other shopping places was never a problem...outside... at the main road...plenty of taxis passing by...n the hotel transport also provide drop off service for a quite reasonable price.

Next visit...I might consider staying at Sany Rosa...its much closer to Rumah Mode...
