I stayed here for over a week. It was situated a little close to the local mosque which starts its morning prayer at 4am, but I got used to this very quickly. Ok, the air conditioning was exactly cold either, but for £10 a night for a double room, I wasn't complaining. The thing that made this place special was the staff, specifically the manager, Fayez. He ended up driving me 40 kilometres to the Israeli border to continue my travels at 7am, having spent all night chatting to me about what I could expect to find there. He was very helpful, friendly and spoke very good english. There was also a fantstic humous and falafel stand opposite the hotel, which I never got tired of!
