"All I Ever Saw Was The Railway Station :(" Karnobat by johngayton

Karnobat Travel Guide: 3 reviews and 4 photos

Karnobat's railway station is the rail crossover for the main line and goods trains coming into and out of the south-east of Bulgaria. Unfortunately the town itself is not within easy walking distance of the station, which is a bit of a shame really as it does look like an interesting little place to visit.

My only experience here has been changing trains from the Burgas-Sofia line to the line to Varna (wherever that starts from) and so this very small page is dedicated solely to Karnobat Gara and the cheapest breakfast ever!

What piqued my interest was the little page on the town on picturesofbulgaria.com: Karnobat and when I do return to Bulgaria I reckon I'll make a point in having an overnight stop here.
