Nightlife Spot: COCKTAIL CAFE REGIE
Be it the middle of winter on the search for a cosy bar, or the craving for an exotic & cold cocktail on a hot summer's day: this place has my thumbs-up!
I guess it is best-described as an "upmarket Student cafe and bar."Cocktails can be a bit pricy
(the old town is a tourist hotspot, so it's no real surprise) but they are also very potent. I tried a "Forest Gump" cocktail that included fruit juices, various types of rum and some champagne and cost 7,50 Euros... very nice :-)
The prices for the "normal" alcoholic drinks, soft drinks and coffees are reasonable. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. We didn't have anything to eat here but the menu has some snacks and small dishes that all looked reasonable, and I've heard plenty of good things about this venue.
