Searching through the available Hotels in this sselection, I found I have not stayed in any.
Harbour Island's Ramora Bay Club, I found a very nice place to stay. I had a bungalow very close to the ocean separating Harbour Island from Eleuthera. The offered baot rentals, snorkeling and diving.
While there, I took a fishing trip with a guide and caught over a dozen yellow-tailed snappers.
Being a tourist at the time, I had no place to keep them. My guide later that day, sold my catch to the Resort; therefore, I ate my fish that evening for dinner.
Unique Qualities: From what I remember, the staff catered to anything we desired to do. They even took us out to a night club one evening.
The only drawback was that a 7 day stay on Harbour Island, one runs out of things to do after a few days. I would suggest making it a 3-day part of a longer vacation.

Directions: You must take the Fastboat from Paradise Island (Nassau) or fly into North Eleuthera and take a taxi, then water taxi to Harbour Island. Both are a memorable trip.
