There is nothing more beautiful than driving down the coast, with the top down on the car and watching waves apon waves crash into the shore. I loved this part of Monterey, there were many areas to pull off the side of the road and just take pictures, i definately took advantage of this :)

The Main walking strip in Monterey is quite pretty to look at. There is older looking buildings w/ a modern type of style. there is alot of different shops & restaraunts but be careful....the prices are a little steep. Monterey is a ritzy town and a tourist attraction, when combined together prices can get pretty high. I will say that there is nothing more pleasurable than walking in Monterey, parallel to the water on a nice sunny day

One of the best aquariums I have ever been to in my whole entire life!!!!!! The place is amazing. If you ever visit, i would get my tickets early (online -www.mbayaq.org) and that way you can avoid the really looooong line up to get it. They have every type of fish, the layout is amazing and theres enough to keep you busy all day. The aqarium is 10 seconds from Monterey strip, so its all in one little area.
