The lone resort/restaurant in Balicasag Island is undergoing renovation. Some of the renovation of the cottages had been completed. The restaurant is undergoing major renovation that if you go there now, you will have to make do with the makeshift restaurant under tents. The renovation is expected to be completed by March, 2006
