Sea Turtles - Mother and Daughter I was walking along the main street in Kona and decided to hop up on the break wall to get a better view. I stood there for a while taking all the sights and looking out into the beautiful ocean and I happened to look down and about jumped out of my skin when I saw two ancient giant turtles. I was gasping while grasping for my camera. I had never seen anything like this in my life. These two turtles were so amazingly beautiful. I immediatly felt connected to them as they ate small plants off the side of the breakwall. At that point I knew my trip was now worth it. |
