Our astronauts came home changed forever after their experience of walking on the moon and being amung the first to see our beautiful earth, as a living organism with no borders. As I have only seen pictures and read about our planet, it makes sense and I now understand that we are in fact an alive organism floating around in space. We are whirling around the cosmos at such incredible speeds... we cannot comprehend it and all without a clue as to why. In knowing that we are one alive organism, it makes sense then that we and all humans are parts that make up the whole. Having the realization that we are not separate, has permantly changed my outlook on life. The truth is that we am intrinsically connected to everyone and everything. Logically speaking, that then means there is no difference between me and you...we are the same. In fact, when I think about it, there is nothing about me that is different than anyone else. Even though I have a different personality, I have a different job, I have a different upbringing...so has everyone else. The fact that we are all different makes us the same. Go figure! |
