Langkawi Island to me like my 'Kampung' @ hometown coz my frequent travel here. No matter on bussines trip or pleasure i always find Langkawi very close to me. If u ask any local also for sure they have been in Langkawi..and its like must place to visit..specialy for ladies to do their shopping..like my mom-in-law ;-)
Langkawi Island itself hold a lot of folks story as the Mahsuri Legend itself..therefore they had this place call Lagenda Langkawi where u can found all folks story about each of places and town in Langkawi.

As i always like Langkawi..until we decide to have our holiday here..(me&hubby) about 7 years ago..since we are newly married (2yrs actually) so we went there just for relax n enjoy. We did visit most of tourist places on the maps even we have done it before and we did visit Makam Mahsuri also Lake of the Pregnant Maiden. The legend of this lake has it that any woman who having difficult of concieved a child should take bath or drink from this lake and will be rewarded and blessed with one but since im not that kind of beliver and u shd see how dirty is the water..of course not. But still i told myself ..IF with god willing i did get pregnant..then i should retun back here with my kids and only if i got a baby girl..
