Fabulous page with brilliant photos of this gem of Montenegro. Now I know where the beer was from which I drank last summer in Nis in Serbia. :-)
The cover photo for Niksic is published in MNE daily newspaper "Vijesti", vijesti.cg.yu/index.php?id=3... Without any notification that this photo is made by you, Irena &Vladimir!!!!
Thank you to show all we have not seen on our very short passage (not really visit!) to Nikšić! The birds fountain is superb! 2009: interesting updates and information.
I just check the places where you will spend your holiday. Do not drink too much Niksicko pivo, when you drive!! Laszlo
The artwork and statues are so wonderful. I am fascinated by Hotel Onogost. Excellent travel and restaurant tips!
I liked the sculptures and the info on churches. I always wanted to visit Balkans but never had the chance.
So sad about what happened to Stone City. I really enjoyed your insights, the various sculptures, the Church, and Palace. Good to see so much improvements [except for Stone City destruction] to Niksic. Thanks for such a fascinating page.
