Isle of Wight Travel Guide: 307 reviews and 612 photos

Long time no visit.

First came here in 1970 i believe with my parents and don't remember much, except for all the hippies being escorted back onto the ferries by the local police. That was the last of the big hippy festivals on the island.
Stayed in Sandown on the coast and Arreton inland and both have their merits.
Since i have been diving i'm very interested in all the wrecks off the coast.
Any great map of the wrecks i find i'll put here immediately.
