Da! Eta klas!

"I shall return to you, O Russia,
I shall hear your murmuring woods once more,
See the blue of your great rivers flowing,
Tread the path my fathers trod before."
-Anonymous
Home sweet home
Since 1997, I have had the desire to visit Russia. In 1996, I met a great guy from Siberia who later became one of my best friends. He was always talking about what a great place Moscow is and how he hoped that someday I could visit the capital city of his Motherland. Unfortunately, he passed away a few years back, so we never had a chance to visit it together. It wasn't until earlier this year that I finally had the opportunity to visit. (Another friend of mine, who is actually like a brother to me, was going to be graduating outside of Moscow...) The trip was everything I hoped for and more. When I told my friend I would really attend his graduation, all he could say was, "Da! Eta klas!" The city of Moscow wasn't all that exciting to me, but just being there with my father and all my friends was a dream come true. I hope to return there next May when one of my other friend's graduates and we are thinking of taking the Trans-Siberian to Mongolia at that time.

Mysterious and exotic.
You've got a great balance of danger and allure.

Yes, that is what it said when I took the quiz.
