Sterts Theatre and Arts Centre: Open Air Theatre

If you're visiting Cornwall during the summer months then I'd recommend having a look to see what plays are on at Stert's Theatre as on a nice summer's night this is a really pleasant and enjoyable way to spend the evening. To make a night out of it there is a large grassy area to enjoy a picnic before the show, alternatively, there is a bar and bistro, a barbeque or you can order a picnic hamper to purchase! Fortunately, both the stage and the seating area are now covered, so the days of sitting miserably in the rain during the perfomance are over! However, the seats are far from comfy so most people bring cushions and rugs with them, and of course warm clothes are advisable as it often gets chilly. As well as theatre, Sterts also hosts musical perfomances and school trips, and run performance classes. All details can be found on the website below.
