One Step Beyond

This city is clean and well kept and you can hear the birds singing in the trees.... You don't hear music from apartments blaring out or the laughter of the masses... I stopped outside the main goverment building that has a huge giant statue of Lenin located at the front, and my taking a few photos of this statue I was stopped by two secret policeman whom had emerged from the building to take down my passport detail and etc...
