Taba is popular with both Europeans and Israelis - 4/5 star hotels at affordable prices, great beaches, and for Israelis - close to the border.
A Taba 5-star hotel, however, is a bit different to one you night find in Europe. While the building and certainly the pools are great, the service will probably be so-so and the food probably mediocre to bad. Why ? Because that's the way it is...
Also, most Taba hotels are within clusters of hotels, and there are no villages, streets to walk around or shops (except the hotel shops).
SO Taba is not a bad choice for a holiday, just bear in mind that you will probably be a little bit isolated and that although both your hotel and the London Hilton share a 5-star rating, that's where the similarities end.... |
