Hello and thank you for visiting my page. I'm slowly working at uploading pictures of all the wonderful places I have visited. I've met some wonderful people and seen a lot of beautiful places. I hope to somehow help you in your travels or for those of you who don't have the opportunity or time to travel, to let you see the world through my travels. Thank you all for letting me share my experiences and for those wonderful emails that keep coming in. Thank you for all the advice that I have received, so many of you have been very helpful with advice on places to visit while on my journey through life. |
| New friends from Sevilla, Spain |
| | My travels would not be the same if it weren't for the people out there giving me advice or serving as tour guides. Victor and Will in Spain; Angel in Sicily; Avril, Marijke and Esther in Rotterdam thank you so much for taking me out to see your cities. |
MY BEST FRIEND I consider myself the luckiest girl in the planet. I have a very loving, patient and wonderful Husband. He spoils me rotten but it makes him happy that he can do that (at least that's what he tells me LOL). He put up with three crazy years during my career where I was away for very long periods of time. During that time I was able to visit wonderful places but I missed my family terribly. For now I am home and hopefully not leaving again any time soon.. It's Hubby's turn to go out and build up his Corporation so I will await patiently. I hope to some day be able to travel together but we will wait until our children grow up. I have four beautiful children that always keep me on the go. They are so full of energy all of the time that even if I didn't exercise I'm sure they would keep me in good shape. When my Husband and I talked about children he wanted to have a dozen of them but he soon changed his mind. After giving birth to four, I decided that was enough for me.
| | Mr. Willow is the family pet. He is a spoiled cat who thinks he is a dog. He has been with us for two years and you would think he lived in this house before we did because he sure thinks he owns it. |
MY WORK I feel privileged to have the best job in the world. In a forum like this it might be considered controversial but I guess we all have our own beliefs and opinions. I am one of the lucky persons that defend this great Country of ours. As you can see from my travels, I travel all around the world representing the United States of America. I have been able to clarify misconceptions about my Country and that gives me great pride. I have been in the Navy for 18 years and I'm going for 20!! I enjoy my job and I especially enjoy the opportunity to travel, see new places and meet new people. As my motto states, I go where the seas take me, so one of these days I might make it to your Country (on friendly terms) and hopefully get to meet some VTers out there.. | | | My Office, photo by my friend Shawn |

| | MY FRIENDS After being away from my family for 18 years my friends have become like family to me. I have made friends that will last for a life time. They are spread all throughout the world and from all walks of life. I have also met wonderful people through VT and I look forward to meeting more of you and hopefully attend some VT meetings in the future. |
MY BEAUTIFUL STATE YOU CAN TAKE THE GIRL OUT OF TEXAS BUT YOU CAN'T TAKE TEXAS OUT OF THE GIRL..
Due to my job, I have been away from Texas for 18 long years but I still long for the day that I can return. I still go back at least once a year to visit.. After years of being away I finally retired my Justin boots since they were not getting much use any more. I still love country music although I can listen to just about anything now. I love the Tex-Mex food that you can't find anywhere else but in TEXAS, I could sure go for some brisket or carne asada tacos. I also miss my Big Red soda and Whataburger. I grew up in Uvalde, Texas and hope to soon dedicate a page to Uvalde. It's the only town that I know where we don't cut trees down to build roads, we build the roads around the trees so don't be surprised if you are driving and there is a big tree in the middle of the road. I miss going to the River, the popular hang out in the summer. I have finally taken the ya'll out of my vocabulary although it comes right back when I go home. Well now that I've made myself homesick I better stop..
