Cappadocia is special, it's so different from any other place. The landscape itself is beautiful, surrealistic (and best seen from a hot air balloon to get the overview!), then there are the houses and churches (best seen at the Goreme open air museum), citadels (a nice one in Uchisar), carved in the rocks. There are also some very interesting underground cities out there (at Derinkuyu and Kaymakli). There is so much to see, there is also the Ihlara valley that seems worth exploring but unfortunatly we did not have the time to.
Cappadocia is not a place you want to visit within one or two days, take the time to discover this incredible region! |

cappadocia is for sure something special. i actually atyed at the same hotel you did in mustafapasa on one of my visits to cappadocia. |
