South Africa, 1996 and 2005

First Visit, 1996

I first visited South Africa in 1996 as part of a People-to-People visit by a group of 12 special librarians, led by Guy St. Clair. We visited Johannesburg, Kruger Park, and Cape Town. Unfortunately, I was still pre-digital so don't have any photos (yet, they are being scanned). It was a wonderful trip!

Second Visit, 2005

After our safari to Kenya and Tanzania, my husband and I went to Cape Town for a wonderful week of R&R (rest and recreation). The weather was fantastic and we revisited the sites I'd seen in 2005 and took photos.
