    Water--you may not realize how quickly you can get dehydrated.



    Miscellaneous: Also, you may want to buy sunglasses if you don't already have them. My first week in Albuquerque, I got a headache every day in the afternoon. I eventually figured out that being from the Northeast, I just wasn't used to the higher voltage of sunshine.
