Considering that I used points I can't complain about the price even if it is reasonable. Since this is new addition to the Large Hilton complex at this location the accomodations were extremely clean, and quiet due to its location. You get the strip view, without the noise and easier exit/entrance since it is located w-a-y at the end near the Stratosphere. Its a great family spot.
Unique Qualities: Grab the monorail directly in front of the main hotel and ditch the rental car.

It's obvious that Steve Wynn would prefer you stay out of your room. The best part of the room was the view of the strip. Touted as a "volcano" view room, the volcano is seen far better from the street. I nearly errupted when I paid 14.00 for a small pot of coffee in the morning. I much preferred looking over the tigers and the lush garden lobby. The Staff was less than cordial....

JW sure does know how to make mama happy with all its little perks. I have NEVER been remotely unhappy with a JW Marriott and this place makes staying at the Mirage akin to staying in a chicken coop compared to theTaj Mahal. The rooms are E-N-O-R-M-O-U-S, bathrobes fluffy, Bathrooms large enough to park a truck in, but instead I would rather park my butt firmly in the double whirlpool tub before I rinse in the shower equipped with a brass rainshower head... The food is divine...as is the staff....beautiful grounds A definate repeat for a romantic getaway
