Hello everyone! Well, what shall I start with? Perhaps with the eternal question," Where have I travelled in the world". Everywhere... and 30 of the 50 states and Washington D.C.
I suppose my being able to travel has been more luck than anything. Once I took that first trip on my own, well, it was all downhill after that let's say. I definitely like getting off the beaten path and going to places most people wouldn't think of going to. That' s half the fun I think; not knowing what to expect!
Some of the best parts of my vacations are just sitting outside at corner cafe, drinking wine or coffee, and people watching. I love learning about someone else's culture!
I started off living in California, but ended up in the Seattle area for 3 years, and now I hang my hat in Kodiak, Alaska....thanks to Jewel Kilcher!
