Each season and holiday is celebrated at the Bellagio's Conservatory & Botanical Gardens with a unique and elaborate creation. The garden was a festive autumn tableau of pumpkins, gourds, topiary ducks, scarecrows, a water mill and a massive banyan tree. My favorite scene was the 3D 'painting' which had ducks flying out of it.

This was one of my most favorite attractions in Vegas. I could watch it over and over again, day or night. And you could too because they use different music and choreography each time. Absolutely mesmerizing!

Not all of us are fortunate enough to make it to Venice and get to ride a gondola. At the Venetian we can pretend it's the real thing, because it is! They use actual gondolas from Venice, and the gondolier even sing to you. O Sole Miooooooo...... Oh and as a plus, it's a beautiful mall with great restaurants as well!

Ok, as much as I love being able to see animals up close, I hate that I have to see them in such unnatural surroundings. This is why I don't have birds in cages or aquariums. But if this is your thing, then head on over to MGM and see the lions through the glass cage.

Though I didn't have a chance to go in, the Paris hotel is pretty from the outside, so I have no doubt it's pretty inside too. Their restaurant has a patio out front that affords its guests an unobstructed view of the Bellagio fountains.

or at least their wax figures. I'm not a fan of wax museums, but my niece is and she had a blast inside with her friend. She came out with funny photos with George Bush, George Clooney, Johnny Depp, Simon Cowell, J Lo, and lots more.

Mirage: Watch a volcano erupt

This was pretty cool. It goes on for about 5 minutes or so and from the sidewalk and feel the ground shake, you actually feel the heat of the flames. The volcano erupts every hour from 7pm to midnight so it's pretty hard to miss. The volcano, situated on three water-covered acres, is 54 feet high and circulates 119,000 gallons of water per minute.
