There are so many things to see here and to do - from beautiful architectures to lovely landscapes.
a lot of good food and places to sit and enjoy the view with a glass of iced coffee or a good milkshake.

Haifa is the capital of the northern area , the largest city in israel and i think it can be a symbol for coexistence of the jews and arabs.

Because of the location of Haifa on mount carmel and with the amazing view to the sea it is one of the most beautiful places in Israel.

in 77/78 I spent many an evening in Haifa. I was on Kibbutz Ramat Yochanan, just a few miles away. In a couple of weeks i will re-visit Haifa and use your pages as my guide -- thanks. NYTim

My first kibbutz was Kfar Hamaccabi nr. Kiryat Ata so I visited Haifa many times. I even had a girlfriend called Tami from Petak Tikva, but alas she went into the army so we didn`t meet till years later.Tim
