Ciao, Well this is me. I live in Madison--the capital of Wisconsin in the US. Nice town, big university here, surrounded by 5 lakes. |
| Drummers outside Wrigley Field in Chicago |
| | Born in Milwaukee, raised there, and in Brookfield, New Berlin & Waukesha. Moved to Madison for school and sorta stayed there.
Do a little work in the computer field now, at least that's what the card says. I like it ok, but 10 years minimum to retirement and then it's off to the warm Mexico, or Jamaica or Costa Rica or Australia or Myrtle Beach or Cinque Terre (grazie Stellina Bianca) or some little island off Scotland...... |
I love traveling, out of the way places or the big cities which I've done a lot lately. Want to maybe see more of the US, --Oregon, coastal CA, Utah, Idaho or Appalachia. And the Grand Canyon & Smokey Mountains & Mt Rushmore & the Black Hills one of these days. | | | drummer on State St in Madison |

| little iron stick figure watching you.... |
| | My mother lives in Myrtle Beach, SC--so I get to go there a couple times a year, and it's really, really nice to go there in January when it's 60 degrees and sunny knowing it's maybe 2 degrees and snowing in Madison. |
Immediate Wish List: Cinque Terra, Idaho Falls, Brazil, Nova Scotia, Prague, Moscow, Estonia/Lithuania/Estonia, Mexico, South Dakota and spend more time somewhere in Italy. My grandparents were from Sicily (Palermo & Bagheria), so even if I wasn't of Italian descent I'd still love to see more of that country. | | | Trying a (another) peice of Door County Cherry Pie |
|
| You can spot The Wienermobile around town often. |
| | Favorite places...so far: Paris, Venice, Machu Picchu, and seeing NYC at night from the airplane for the first time. Northern Wisconsin, when I want to get away from computers and city life and just feel the solitude, size and beauty of nature. Cycling down a skinny dirt trail in the Chequamegon & Nicolet forest in Northern Wisconsin with no other humans in sight is a nice way to get away. It shows you we're only visitors on this world for a short time. |
Frank Lloyd Wright lived here, has his house (Taliesin) 30 miles from here and this is a building he designed for Madison about 70 years ago. We finally got around to building it in 1996.
After a 6 hr mountain bike ride in Northern Wisco. Oddly enough, I didn't feel real tired. | | | Frank Lloyd Wrights Convention Center on lakefront |
