The jagged tooth of Grand Teton.

The Mesa Falls scenic byway starts in the small town of Ashton goes east then turns north on S.R. 47. It wends its way through farmlands and then through the Targhee forest to join back up with the U.S. 20 and on to Yellowstone N.P. after about 40 kms. It follows the path of the Henry Fork of the Snake River and lends views across to the Teton range in the park of the same name.
