Sevilla tiene un color especial... | Monasterio de Santa María de las Cuevas |
Welcome to Seville! , the city where I live in. As capital of Andalusia, it is the fourth largest city in Spain with a population of 704.114 inhabitants within the metropolitan area. The city is one of the most touristic spot in the country. There are lots of interesting places to visit, as the Cathedral and its Giralda tower, the Plaza de España (Spain's square), the Alcazar (Fortress), the Fine Arts Museum... Of course, there are two important traditional events in town: the Holy Week (religious) and the April's Fare (festive). I'm increasing my page constantly because I would like to show you every monument and interesting fact of my city. Please, visit it frequently and comment to me what do you think about! Let's go to discover this amazing city!

| | The Seville's coat-of-arms represents the King Ferdinad III, the Saint (1230-1252), who reconquered the city from the Moorish in 1248. He is between the Sevillian bishpops Saint Leander and Saint Isidoro. There is the motto "NO - DO" linked by a skein above them. It's an hieroglyphic granted by the King Alphonso the Wise (1252-1284) to the city being grateful for the loyalty with him. It's read "NO - MADEJA - DO" in Spanish (It didn't give me up)
