Yes, its a paradise-beach, just accessible to Kata Thanis guests (if you dont count the small hotel/guesthouse at the very end of the beach). I made it therefore to my favorite, where I`ve stayed already 4 times in the past few years.
Before booking a room, study the resorts map, as there are 3 different wings, not all that beautiful as the one, shown in the pictures.(the most beautiful beeing the "Thani"-wing with oceanview, second "Buri"-wing with pool and gardenview. The third wing is on the other side of the street, without seaview and farther from the beach!
The hotel offers nice (not too big) rooms, a fabulous, al fresco seafood restaurant, a very elegant French/Italian restaurant and the main-partly openair restaurant where the daily buffet-dinners and breakfasts are served. Food is excellent, plenty of fruit- and salad-buffets, fabulous grill- meat- and fish- or sushi-dishes and desserts to just dream of! Good wine-list, although mainly Aussie products, not cheap! Two comfortable beach bars for sundowners!
Unique Qualities: A resort with superior location by the wonderful Kata-Bay, no overcrowded beach, nice rooms and fabulous food
